Rodney: EXCEPTIONAL: Great situation, host was excellent, good parking.
Sue: COMFORTABLE: Relaxed feeling to the place. Within walking distance of the town centre. Host provided everything we needed.
Janet: EXCELLENT: Excellent service.
Helen: MEMORABLE: Everything was exceptional. Other rooms elsewhere not of the same quality.
Matthew: SUPERB: Great room. Particularly pleasant given the odd circumstances we arrived in. Host sorted us all out. Intermittent Wi-Fi only allowed us to enjoy the room more.
Malcom: VERY GOOD: Very nice room, bathroom, kitchen area. Noise of nearby lift soothed us to sleep nicely.
Carmelo: GOOD HOTEL: Poor phone reception provided us much needed peace.
Peter: GREAT TIME: High price ensured quality.
John: SECURITY: Door not shutting properly at night made us feel safer, knew host could reach us quickly if we were in trouble.
Jamie: EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT: Location is excellent. Close to beautiful fast river. Far from noisy traffic and pedestrians. Definitely stay here.
Rodney: LOVELY TREAT: Great deal. Couldn’t stay long enough.
Alice: FOREVER: Would stay for longer!
Charlotte: LOVELY STAFF: Host was a joy, reassuring but not intrusive or overwhelming. Thoughtful changes to the place such as not servicing rooms. Room was sealed when I arrived. Host was so friendly and helpful.
Sheryl: OKAY: I’m here for a long term stay, five nights. Room is pleasant, but a little on the small side, and the blinds are difficult to close. Not seen the host yet, has anyone else had problems like this?
Calvin @ Sheryl: Nope! We found the room perfect size, blinds work perfectly, host was perfect, always there for us.
Sheryl: STRANGE: The door to my room was stuck for a few hours this afternoon and I couldn’t get out, I missed out on having drinks with my friend. I called the number provided but I can’t get hold of the host, can anyone here help?
SUSAN @ Sheryl: That is strange. Why would you go out for drinks? Complementary beverages in the fridge. Room fully vintage, door an original piece! Would love to be back there.
Furnell: GOREGOUS LUXURY ROOM: Loved the super king bed, shower good, all very comfortable, best part is location, very private space, no outside noise.
Sheryl: BLINDS: The door seems fine now, but the blinds are broken. Every night I close them before I go to bed, and every morning they’re wide open. The sunrise wakes me up! Is there an electric motor that lifts them automatically? I still haven’t heard from or met the host of the property. Has anyone else had this issue? P.S. I know it sounds silly, but I’m sure the room has gotten smaller?
Alice @ Sheryl: Sounds like you’re the forgetful type. Blinds worked perfectly during my stay. Everything in the room is vintage. Very good quality fixtures.
Mark: PERFECT: Wonderful stay in old hotel. Great time, lovely room, helpful host.
Sheryl: SOMETHING’S NOT RIGHT: I definitely, definitely closed the blinds last night. I tied the cord tight so they couldn’t be moved. Something woke me up early this morning and I saw that they were wide open!!! Worst of all I still haven’t heard from the host! Can someone please contact him if you have an alternate number? The coat rack fell over today; the room seems tiny even compared to when I first arrived.
Helen @ Sheryl: Obviously can’t tie a knot. Blinds were working perfect for me. Coat must’ve been too heavy for rack. Hope you didn’t harm the room.
Sheryl: TERRIBLE PLACE: Last night will be my last in this place. I didn’t bother trying to close the blinds. Woke up in the night and saw someone standing at the window. Whoever it was noticed I was awake and ran out of the room. When I tried to follow the door stuck again and I couldn’t get out. Rang police but they took forty minutes. Didn’t find anyone. STILL haven’t seen the host!
Rodney @ Sheryl: WASTER. Clearly trying to get a discount. You’ll see the host soon.
Sheryl: HELP ME: I can’t get out. I was supposed to leave yesterday, but the wall has swallowed the door. Room seems so small and I can’t breathe. Man stood against the window again last night, and we stared at each other until I fell asleep again. What is happening? Somebody please help.
Sue @ Sheryl: You’re so lucky! Won’t be long now, hope you enjoy your stay! J
Sheryl: HELP: He is in the room with me. I can’t get out. I can’t see him but he must be so close to me. I can’t call the police, I can’t call anyone. My phone won’t close this hotel app. I can’t get out. Please help me help me he
